in the Zambia International Trade Fair? |

The fist step is to fill in the participation
form, providing all the information about
your
products and the submitting the form electronically or
faxing it. ZITF, upon receiving your form will process
it and furnish you with the fees and banking details

send participation fees? |

Participation fees can be paid by Telegraphic money transfers
or
Certified
Bank cheques directly deposited in the Zambia International
Trade Fair account. Bank details can only be provided on
request

for stand decorations are paid to independent suppliers
of such services

The first three days are known as trade days. Companies
are encouraged to utilize these three days for match
Match making picking up orders and meeting with Senior executives
of various institutions both non and participating institutions

Zambia International Trade Fair provides both indoor and
open-air exhibition spaces. The show has four big
Halls with an average forty five cubicle space each, beside
over hundred stand alone pavilions

to demonstrate machines on the stand? |

Demonstrations of equipment and machines at the stands
is strongly encouraged

security arrangements at the fair? |

Zambia International Trade Fair grounds are well secured
with a high presence of both private and state police.
How ever,
individual security arrangements are encouraged.

on your behalf a local merchandiser on request.
