a) Development of sports complex at Second Arena
Applications are being invited from companies that may wish to renovate the second arena as their sports complex or show clubhouse.

b) Exhibition plots/show rooms/social clubs
ZITF has available spaces for construction of exhibition pavilions to be used during and off the trade fair time. Available also are stands that can be purchased and rehabilitated for purposes like exhibitions, show rooms, clubhouses etc.

Take note, there are limited spaces available!

c) Leasing out of ablution blocks/public conveniences
Due to the rising number of show goers and off season activities in the trade fair grounds ZITF has embarked in the project of increasing the number of ablution blocks/public conveniences in order to meet demand. Applications are therefore invited from institutes and individuals who would be interested to construct/renovate toilets to be leased to the public during and off the trade fair time.

d) Trading Malls
Applications are being invited from institutions and individuals to construct salons, boutiques and stalls at the famous GRZ stands. Take note that these spaces are also very limited.
All construction shall be in conformity with ZITF approval models.

e) Office accommodation/Conference facilities
We have adequate space for office accommodation, ware houses and conference facilities for various functions eg. weddings and workshops with sitting capacity of over 1,000 people.

f) Football ground for lease
Available is a 2005 FAZ approved football pitch available for lease

g) Renewal of lease agreements
ZITF wishes to inform all institutions and individuals that occupy property (buildings) in the trade fair grounds as pavilions and trade premises to renew their lease agreements within a period of 14 days from the time of notice.
