Floating
Trophies and certificates will be given to all winners,
and the Judges may award
commendations
to other stands.
Time Tables
Judging
will start at 09.00 hours on Thursday, 3rd July 2008
and will continue until
16.30 hours. Stands which are not completed or not manned
when the Judges come will not
be judged. Exhibitors may be visited by more than one
panel
(see para. 6, Eligibility for awards). They may also
be visited again in the afternoon when
selection is made from among stands shortlisted for
one of the two special awards.
Exhibitors are therefore, advised to remain on their
stands ready to receive Judges before
16.30 hours.
Judging Procedure
Judges
will work in teams, responsible for different categories.
The team leader will
ensure that all stands listed in the category to be
judged are visited and that judging is
carried out fairly and without bias. Each standholder
will be asked to sign a form to
confirm that the stand has been judged. Any complaint
should be made to the Chairman
of the Judging Committee.
Judging Criteria
- Points will be
awarded out of 100 as indicated below:
- Conformity to Theme
- 20 Points
- Design and Impact
- 30 Points
- Product Information
- 20 Points
- Finish Cleanliness
- 20 Points
- Staff - 10 Points
