The Board of Directors of ZITF is composed of 15 members including the Chairman and Vice Chairman. All Board Members offer voluntary services to ZITF.

The General Manager, as Chief Executive is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the ZITF. He/she is answerable to the Board through the Chairman of the Zambia International Trade Fair board. The authority of the Fair is vested in the Board of Directors of the Society.
